Winery Tour

Our Winery based tours cover the region just to the east of Skyline Drive, between Front Royal and Wintergreen Mountain.  This area of Virginia is rich with wineries, large estate properties, and the homes of James Madison (Montpelier), Thomas Jefferson (Monticello) and James Monroe (Ash Lawn-Highland).  We stay at three great properties in Linden, Barboursville, and Afton.  All are within ten miles of the numerous wineries, and encompass Virginia's finest wine region.  Never far from Skyline Drive you will have frequent opportunities to ride on Skyline Drive or on the rolling hills just outside the Shenandoah National Park.  We spend a several days around the Charlottesville-Albemarle County region which is consistently rated as one or the best places to live in America.
