Any Club, Organization, Business, or Group of Friends that make a reservation for the same tour date qualifies as a group.

Discount Available:
4-7 person group          10% Discount
8-13 person group        13% Discount
14+ person group         16% Discount
Full Tour Booking*        20% Discount

*Full Tour Booking is 12 rooms/tents, either single or double occupancy

Two Ways to Book a Group:

1 - No Guarantee - Discount Increases as Group Increases:

    Advantages:

• Simple - Each person makes their own reservation and make payments directly
• Regular room deposit
• Discount Increases as you are able to increase participation  

    Disadvantage:

• Rooms are not held for group except as individual reservations are made

    How it works:

• Make a normal reservation
  • In the first line of ADDITIONAL INFORMATION section put the full name of your group or company
• You pay the normal deposit with reservation
• Start telling others about it
• As reservations are made and you reach the next discount level, we will send out emails updating you on participants
• 70 Days out from tour, we apply discount and email invoice for balance to each individual
• Balance is due 60 Days prior to tour date

    
2 - Guaranteed Group Reservation

    Advantages: 

 

• Guarantees you will have the rooms for your group
• Locks in price from the beginning
• Control of group participants

    Disadvantage:

• Requires more organization of the group

    How it works:

• Pick a tour date, select the number of rooms/tents you want to reserve
• If over six months from tour date, $200 non-refundable deposit holds those rooms for 30 days(hold time)
• If under six months from tour date, $200 non-refundable deposit holds those rooms for 14 days(hold time)
• Start getting people to sign up for your tour(internal to your group)
• Within the hold time, contirm the number of rooms you will need
• By the end of the hold time, pay $200 non-refundable deposit per room/tent
• Sixty Days Prior to Tour, Submit Names and Check for Balance of Tour
